Punjab and Haryana HC Dismisses Plea Seeking CBI Probe in Bhola Drug Case - (08 Oct 2015)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed demand of petitioners for Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into Jagdish Singh Bhola synthetic drug racket case. These petitioners, including Bhola’s father, were seeking transfer of case from Punjab Police to the CBI.
