Madras HC Closes Petition Seeking Ban on Keeping Elephants in Captivity in Temples and Houses - (07 Oct 2015)

Madras High Court has closed PIL seeking ban on keeping elephants in captivity in temples and houses after Madras Government submitted that Supreme Court was seized of the matter.
