Allahabad HC Restrains Prakash Singh from Acting as Urban Development Secretary - (07 Oct 2015)

Allahabad High Court while hearing petition filed by Bodhisatva Samaj Sewa Sansthan, has restrained Sri Prakash Singh from functioning as Secretary Urban Development and Minority Welfare, Uttar Pradesh and said that no person can hold the post of secretary after age of superannuation.
