Delhi HC Seeks Details from Ola on its App Based Working - (06 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC has asked Ola to submit an affidavit that the booking app was not misused and another affidavit showing how it works. The court also asked them to share order placed with app on a real-time basis, with Delhi Police or Transport department.
