Conviction Upheld by Bombay High Court 13 years After MTNL Employee Took Rs-500 Bribe - (06 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has upheld the conviction of an MTNL employee who had taken the money from a phone booth owner for reducing his bank guarantee amount. He will have to serve a sentence of one year.
