Supreme Court Denies to Arbitrate Issue between BCCI and N Srinivasan - (06 Oct 2015)

Supreme Court while adjudicating application filed by Board Of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI), seeking a clarification whether Srinivasan can attend its meetings, has denied to arbitrate the issue, underlining that it will not get dragged in a ‘vicious circle’ .
