Delhi HC Extends Protection from Arrest to Jarnail Singh's till December 15 - (06 Oct 2015)

Delhi High Court has extended interim protection from arrest granted to AAP MLA Jarnail Singh, till December 15. He has been accused of assaulting an MCD engineer and preventing him from demolishing an illegal structure in West Delhi.
