Bombay High Court Upholds Merger of Rs 5,600 Crore-Scam Hit NSEL & Parent FTIL - (05 Dec 2017)

Bombay High Court has upheld the government's order directing the merger of the erstwhile Financial Technologies (India) Ltd (FTIL) and its subsidiary, National Spot Exchange (NSEL).
