ITC Wins Trademarks Dispute against NTC Industries - (05 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court has decided trademark case in favour of ITC Limited, holding that smaller rival company NTC Industries, prima facie, infringed on cigarette major’s ‘Gold Flake’ and ‘Honey Dew’ trademarks.
