CWC Can't Be Mute Spectator to Police Misbehaviour to Kids: Delhi High Court - (04 Dec 2017)

Delhi High Court has lashed out at Child Welfare Commission (CWC) for being a "mute spectator" to misbehaviour towards rescued children by police.
