Delhi HC to Govt: Rehabilitate Those Wrongfully Jailed - (04 Dec 2017)

Delhi High Court, while empathizing with victims of wrongful imprisonment, has said that there is an "obvious gap" in law to compensate and rehabilitate such persons.
