Allahabad High Court: Formulate A Concrete Health Policy; Improve Housing Facilities For Doctors - (01 Dec 2017)

Allahabad High Court has ruled that an application for voluntary retirement cannot be rejected solely on the ground of there being a scarcity of doctors in the State. The Court also issued a slew of directions to improve the healthcare facilities in the State
