NGT Orders MPCB to Take Strict Action Against Violators in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Talegaon Belt - (05 Oct 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) to take strict action those who go beyond directions or forfeiture of bank guarantees, ensure penalty along with actual closure of polluting industries located in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Talegaon belt.
