Supreme Court to Hadiya: Wife Is Not a Chattel, Husband Can't Be Guardian - (28 Nov 2017)

Supreme Court, while interacting with a Kerala woman, alleged victim of love jihad, has said that a wife is not a chattel and the husband cannot be her guardian.
