NGT Imposes Costs of 20 Lakh in Colva Case - (05 Oct 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has confirmed Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority's order in Colva case on demolition of 3 Colva structures and dismissed Anamika, Gurudas Amerkar's appeal, with costs of 20 lakh payable within 4 weeks.
