RTI Act Won’t Prevail Over Supreme Court Rules: Delhi HC - (22 Nov 2017)

Delhi High Court, while holding that there is no inconsistency in Supreme Court Rules and RTI Act, has held that access to information under SCR, which includes right of inspection, search of copies would all be judicial functions of Supreme Court which is not covered under RTI Act.
