Supreme Court Serves Notice to Gujarat Govt. and DGVCL on Essar Steel Plea - (05 Oct 2015)

Supreme Court has issued notices to Gujarat Government and Dakshin Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd (DGVCL) on a plea by Essar Steel India Ltd (ESIL) against levy of Rs.2,311 crore as penalty for alleged diversion of electricity to one of its sister companies.
