Delhi High Court: Both Parents Needed in Best Interest of Kid - (20 Nov 2017)

Delhi High Court has directed an estranged NRI wife, who has been staying in Delhi, to return to the US with their three-year-old daughter while observing that the best interest of a child requires participation of both parents.
