Delhi HC to Authorities: Manage Traffic Properly Near Rao Tula Ram Flyover - (05 Oct 2015)

Delhi High Court has asked Delhi Government and traffic police to ensure that "traffic management is done properly" near Rao Tula Ram (RTR) Marg flyover on Outer Ring Road.
