Delhi High Court Terms Child Sexual Abuse an 'Epidemic' - (05 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC while refusing dismissal of FIR lodged against accused alleged for sexually abusing a child, has termed child sexual abuse as an "epidemic" and said that not only parents but even trial courts dealing with such cases, should create an atmosphere where the victims can depose truthfully.
