Delhi HC Strikes Down Parts Of ICDS Provisions And CBDT Notifications - (13 Nov 2017)

Delhi High Court has struck down certain portions of Parts I, II, III, IV, VI, VII and VII of Income Computation and Disclosure Standards (ICDS) and connected Notifications and circulars issued by Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).
