MP HC: State Police Can Probe Corruption Cases Against Central Govt Employees - (31 Oct 2017)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that State police or Special Police Establishment (SPE) have powers to probe offences of bribery and corruption against Union Government employees posted in Madhya Pradesh.
