Government Notifies that Services Provided by OC Members to RBI is Subject to GST under RCM - (17 Oct 2017)

Central Government has notified that Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on supply of services provided by Overseeing Committee (OC) members to RBI under reverse charge mechanism (RCM).
