Delhi High Court Sets Aside Order to Cancel Hospital's Registration - (16 Oct 2017)

Delhi High Court, while calling the decision to cancel registration of a private hospital on allegations of conducting a pre-natal test "harsh", has set aside the order passed by District Advisory Committee (DAC).
