Karnataka High Court Issues Notice to Centre, RBI over Plea to Cancel Axis Bank’s Licence - (12 Oct 2017)

Karnataka High Court on Wednesday ordered issue of notices to the Ministry of Finance and the Reserve Bank of India on a petition seeking cancellation of Axis Bank’s licence.
