Jammu & Kashmir High Court: Only BOCA Can Approve Repairs in Pahalgam - (10 Oct 2017)

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has made it clear that only with the permission of Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) of Pahalgam can the repairs of existing structures be carried out at the health resort.
