Supreme Court: Loan Resolution Platforms Under IBC Must Not Be Used For Settling Commercial Disputes - (10 Oct 2017)

Supreme Court has dismissed bankruptcy proceedings brought by a vendor against mobile-technology partner to a popular reality show, sending a strong message to operational creditors that the dedicated platform for loans resolution must not be misused for settling commercial disputes.
