Bombay High Court: Unchaste Wife Not Entitled for Permanent Alimony - (01 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court while setting aside an order of a family court granting Rs1,500 as permanent alimony to wife to be paid by husband while granting him divorce, has ruled that an unchaste wife is not entitled for permanent alimony.
