Sebi Exempts 3 PSBs From Takeover Code Obligations - (30 Sep 2015)

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has exempted Centre from discloser of takeover code obligations for its investment in Dena Bank, Bank of India and Corporation Bank.
