ITAT Hyderabad Quashes Assessment, Rules that Sale Agreement between Son and Father is Valid - (04 Oct 2017)
In an important ruling, ITAT, Hyderabad bench while quashing the assessment proceedings has held that a sale agreement between son and father cannot be deemed as invalid as long as both the parties are competent to enter into a contract.
