SC: Homebuyers of Jaypee Wish Town Project Must Get Their Flats or Their Money - (04 Oct 2017)

Supreme Court while hearing a plea by number of homebuyers of Jaypee Wish Town project at Noida in Uttar Pradesh has observed that it wanted to help these investors who must get their flats or their money refunded.
