Bombay High Court Pulls up Maharashtra Government Over No Policy for Disaster Management - (27 Sep 2017)

Bombay High Court has pulled up the State Government while taking note of the fact that the Maharashtra Government has ‘hardly’ taken any effort to formulate a ‘comprehensive’ policy for disaster management.
