Delhi HC Stays CIC’s Order of Imposing Cost on NGT - (30 Sep 2015)

Delhi High Court has put stay on an order of Central Information Commission (CIC) directing National Green Tribunal (NGT) to pay Rs 20,000 as compensation to RTI applicant for delay in providing information sought by him.
