NCLAT Grants Shareholding Waiver to Mistry - (22 Sep 2017)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has waived the minimum shareholding rule for Ousted Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry to file a case of alleged oppression of minority shareholders.
