Delhi HC Tells Judicial Officers To Return Case Records To Trial Courts Concerned - (22 Sep 2017)

Delhi High Court has directed all judicial officers to return record of any case requisitioned by them to the trial court concerned to enable it to proceed with the disposal of the case.
