Calcutta High Court Revokes Mamata's Government's Ban on Idol Immersion - (21 Sep 2017)

Calcutta high court has revoked Mamata Banerjee Government's ban on immersion of Durga idols during Muharram and said the state cannot pass such orders arbitrarily.
