Delhi High Court Pulls Up Civic Body for Destruction of Ravan’s Effigies - (20 Sep 2017)

Delhi High Court has pulled up city’s civic body for calling effigy makers “encroachers” of public land, and destroying and confiscating the effigies of demon king Ravan.
