Calcutta High Court: Note IMEI Number Before Handing Over Interim Custody of Stolen E-devices - (15 Sep 2017)

Calcutta High Court has directed investigating authorities to ascertain and record the IMEI number and other product details before handing over interim custody of stolen electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, etc.
