Madras High Court: Amend Motor Vehicle Accident Rules - (14 Sep 2017)

Madras High Court has directed State Government to amend TN Motor Vehicle Accident Rules, 1989, in line with the newly developed online Detailed Accident Report regime as mandated by Supreme Court.
