Madras High Court Stays ‘No Licence, No Vehicle’ Regulation - (13 Sep 2017)

Madras High Court has stayed Government circular dated August 24, 2017 directing the registering authorities not to register a vehicle to a purchaser who does not hold a valid driving license.
