Uttarakhand High court Revokes Dissolution of Badri-Kedar Temple Committee - (07 Sep 2017)

Uttarakhand High Court has revoked the dissolution of Badrinath-Kedarnath temple committee. The Court declared as illegal the dissolution of panel before completion of its three-year tenure without any complaint against its working.
