SC To NCDRC: Formulate Plan For Speedy Disposal, Use of ADR by Consumer Fora - (07 Sep 2017)

Supreme Court has issued directions to ensure speedy resolution of disputes and utilization of alternate dispute resolution mechanisms by the consumer fora.
