Bombay High Court to Special Court: Decide Peter Mukherjea’s Plea Afresh - (05 Sep 2017)

Bombay High Court has asked the special court to decide afresh the plea of former media baron Peter Mukherjea, who has sought copies of the diaries maintained by Khar police officers.
