Delhi HC Awards Jail Term to Litigant for Irresponsible Allegations Against Government Counsel - (04 Sep 2017)

Delhi High Court has awarded week-long imprisonment to a litigant, finding him guilty of criminal contempt of court for leveling baseless allegations of impropriety against government counsel appearing for the Revenue Department.
