Israel’s Supreme Court Rules Same-sex Marriage is Not a Right - (01 Sep 2017)

Supreme Court of Israel has ruled same-sex marriage is not a right. “To all intents and purposes, Israeli civil law does not recognise same-sex marriage", the Court observed.
