Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Centre's Plea Seeking Transfer of Pleas Against RERA to Delhi HC - (31 Aug 2017)

Supreme Court has agreed to hear Centre’s petition seeking transfer of various pleas, which are challenging validity of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and are pending in different high courts, to the Delhi High Court.
