Delhi HC Quashes Centre’s 1997 OM on Reservation in Promotion - (29 Aug 2017)

Delhi High Court has quashed Centre’s Office Memorandum dated August 13, 1997, by which it had extended reservation in promotion to SC and ST staff beyond five years stipulated by Supreme Court in the year 1992.
