Indian Patent Office Grants Pfizer Patent for Pneumonia Vaccine - (23 Aug 2017)

India’s Patent Office has granted US pharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc. a patent for its pneumonia vaccine Prevnar 13, despite opposition from the health group Médecins Sans Frontières.
