SC: Words Like ‘Repay’, ‘Return’, ‘Subject to this Condition’ Imply Agreement is Not of Absolute Sale - (17 Aug 2017)

Supreme Court has observed that words like “repay”, “return” and “subject to this condition” in an agreement are not commensurate with a deed of absolute sale.
