Bombay HC Says 'No' to NIA Appeal Seeking Areeb Majeed to be Charged As ISIS Member Under UAPA - (14 Aug 2017)

Bombay High Court has dismissed an appeal filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) against decision of Trial Judge to not charge Areeb Majeed under Section 20 of Unlawful Activity (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
